In a new national appointment Tiger G has been announced and ratified this week by the full bench of the ANB National Executive, to the position of National Workshop Coordinator for Sports Model. Tiger has taken up her position immediately and is hard at work planning her course material. ANB National Secretary General, Ron Ziemiecki FRAS, said that Tiger is highly motivated and qualified to carry out her assigned tasks and every Australian will benefit from the workshop modules. A new workshop link has been created on the ANB website, which will be giving full details of the workshops, dates, times, venues, course material and so on. These are exciting times for the ANB and this new appointment is thoroughly deserved and welcomed by the federation.

Appendicitis hits TigerG at the worst possible time.

Well, you can plan your travel, you can get into shape, have your costume and music perfect, be mentally switched on, in the best shape of your life, ready to win and Bam – your appendix burst the night before your contest and the dream is over. Actually, it’s not over, just deferred till next year.

This is the sad but true reality for Australia’s Sports Model queen TigerG, this is how it played out in Ontario, Canada as her husband Murray ‘Mad Dog’ Graham was crushing the cream of the world’s best bodybuilders and taking third place just 2 kilometres away at the WNSO World Championships as Tiger lay in a hospital bed.

Life can be pretty tough, to say that the timing of the illness could not have been worse is an understatement, earlier that day Tiger was looking in the best shape of her life, her legs had cuts and this is the last area to rip up on her body, she would have been ultra competitive and was more than ready to win.

TigerG had just spent a gruelling week promoting female bodybuilding and more specifically Sports Model in the USA the week before flying to Ontario and had created tremendous interest with her 50 minute TV special which was announced on this website last week, you can still see it at: http://www.justin.tv/bbcom/126960

Tiger was released from hospital only three days later and is spending a relaxing week in Canada before flying back home after that, she is doing well and asked for her many thousands of fans and friends to be patient as she will eventually answer each and every message she received during her overseas jaunt.

The ANB 2008 Mini-Summit which brought together most of the world’s leading bodybuilding federations, drug tested and non tested for a rare get together and this magnificent photo opportunity. For those people knowledgeable about bodybuilding you will notice on stage there are several world champions, many national champions, a few professional bodybuilders, the jewel in the crown, Jonathan Davie who competed in the IFBB Mr. Olympia and of course on the right....me....Tiger G. I was there in my capacity as being the world leader in Sports model, having taken the sport from day one in its infancy to the world wide phenomenon it is today. It was certainly great to rub shoulders with these icons of the bodybuilding world and the advice I gave to promoters and officials was warmly welcomed. This Saturday I jet off to Canada and then the USA to Captain the Women’s team for the ANB 2008 World Discovery Tour and also to compete in certain categories. I will shoot result and images back home via this website as soon as I can. Hopefully I will fly the flag highly for Australia and one thing for sure in those faraway places, they will certainly know that the Tiger roared once I’ve left and moved on!

Fantastic news, Tiger G has just been officially announced as the Australian Women’s Team Captain on the upcoming ANB World Discovery Tour going to three continents. Tiger was ecstatic when informed during a special ceremony to salute the Australian team only three weeks before they leave our shores for Canada, USA and the Philippines. In front of a sold out venue seating more than a thousand Tiger G was interviewed by firstly Ron Ziemiecki the Australasian Natural Bodybuilding Federation National General Secretary and then by Robert Powell, the ANB Founder and President.

With 123 athletes looking on from the side, the announcement was made and this is one of the highlights of Tiger G’s career so far to Captain her country on a world tour. A second and perhaps even more rewarding record was created in that Tiger G and Murray Graham will be the first Australian Husband and Wife team to ever represent Australia in the same round of championships which takes in contests such as the WNSO World Championships in Toronto, Canada and the MuscleMania Universe in Miami, USA as well as other competitions along the way.

Tiger g will be e-mailing results and updates to this website whilst she is on tour, so her many fans can be kept up to the minute as she travels the globe proving what we all know already, that Aussie Girls are the best, and Tiger G intends to prove that!

Gee have I been busy lately, so many things happening I have hardly had time to update this page, but wanted to tell you about a couple of really fantastic developments.

I spent yesterday filming for new video clip of country music legend Luke O’Shea. I filmed general bar scenes as well as a guitar solo scene, as soon as I get some images I’ll place them in my Tiger Gallery, I’ll also place a copy of the clip on the site as soon as it’s done.

Interestingly there were also a number of Sydney Kings players at the filming and I got on so well with them that they invited me as a special guest at their next home game, I’ll make sure I get some great pix of me with the boys, it should be a super night, these guys are really nice people and superb physically fit athletes.

I’m also back into rehearsals after a long break due to other work/business commitments and despite being grueling, it’s all coming back to me pretty quickly. It shouldn’t be too long before TigerG is dancing up a storm somewhere in Sydney near you, stay tuned to this page for regular appearance schedule updates.

Tiger G is proud to announce she has moved her personal training business to Fitness First, Maroubra and is excited to be working with the Personal Training Team headed by Brad Stocks, a specialist power lifting coach. Tiger G will be working closely with Michelle Furlotte, a national triathlete, which will compliment Tiger’s body building/shaping expertise. Tiger G chose fitness first for their professional approach to health and fitness as well as the “first class” facilities offered by all the Fitness First Clubs.

What a start to the year, after only two weeks I have so much happening it’s hard to know where to begin. The website upgrade went well and now purchasing my exclusive designs is much easier, just a few mouse clicks. Now that we have a PayPal system working, it means everyone can buy in perfect safety and this has spurred me on to increase my range, so look out for new products on a regular basis.

I have some extraordinarily good news to reveal soon on this page which incorporates a mini world tour, but it’s a secret at this stage so shoosh, mum’s the word.
